Can I reach you after hours?
Our Office hours are Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00. However there
is an emergency number available.

Can you put the money directly into my account?
We will send you owner funds directly each month by the 20th.

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Lease Agreements are between the tenant and Coldwell Banker.
Owner does not sign the lease.

Do you sell real estate too?
Jacinta (Jessie) Wyatt is licensed in Property Management, but
are able to refer you to a large group of skilled agents within
Coldwell Banker.

How is rent collection handled?
We will collect rent funds from the tenants each month. Make any
deductions and pay you the additional funds By the 20th of the
same rental month

How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically sign 6 month to 12 month leases, depending on the property
and owner preference.

How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security Deposit is equal to one months rent. Brokerage will hold
these funds In Trust.

How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start the management process as soon as we have contract signed.

What type of reports do I get and how often?
We will send out a Monthly Rental Statement that will Provide you with
the details of all funds in and out of your rental account. Along with
provide invoices for any maintenance work that was completed.
